Delivery

Please note that we can only deliver to your registered address or work/business address.
You will receive an e-mail to acknowledge your order was received. Once your order is ready
to be despatched we will send an e-mail with your consignment details and delivery date. If 
there are any problems with supply, we will contact you to discuss the options, by e-mail or 
telephone.

Normal Delivery period within the EU is 3-7 working days.
For destinations outside the EU delivery times may vary.
Goods in stock will be despatched within 5 days. 
All items will be despatched via Danish mail service.

Please ensure you read the section below regarding delivery loss or damage.

All goods must be signed for where necessary. In the event of nobody being home to sign for the 
goods, postal services normally leave a card containing details of your consignment plus their
contact details. It will not be possible to arrange an alternative delivery address as this incurs
a second delivery charge. Depending on the country of delivery, most postal services require you 
to contact them within 5 -7 days, otherwise the goods are usually returned to Valhalla Technology. 
You will incur an extra delivery charge if the goods are returned to us.

Loss Or Damage upon Delivery

When your goods are delivered, check the condition of the package and please sign for them 
'UNCHECKED'. You must ensure that you only sign for the correct number of boxes - only sign
for the number actually delivered.

Always check the driver's delivery paperwork before signing with your signature.

In addition, if goods are damaged upon delivery (for example the box is damaged) you should 
write 'DAMAGED' on the paperwork.

If goods are signed for, but the damage was not apparent at time of delivery, you must notify 
us in writing before 1pm the next working day after delivery. Should you fail to do so, we will not
accept any liability for the damage.

Once we have been notified of damage or loss, we will collect or replace the damaged / missing 
item(s) within 5 working days of notification.

Returns

Your right to cancel:
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel any order deemed a distance order, this includes 
internet and telephone orders, but excludes orders where you have purchased the goods in person 
e.g. in a store.  

• Any returned goods must be in perfect condition, unopened, unused, complete with all parts 
  and in the original packaging.
• Goods are not supplied on approval.
• You must inform us in writing within 14 days of the date of receipt of the goods should you 
  decide to cancel your order.
• You must return the goods to us without delay and at your expense.
• You must ensure goods are insured in transit and are returned within the 14 day period.
• We are entitled to deduct from any refund the cost of the delivery and any missing accessories.

Warranty

All products advertised on Valhalla Technology come with a 24 months return to base manufacturers
warranty.

 • Should your product develop a fault within 6 months of purchase, we will arrange the exchange
   of the faulty item. Please be certain that the product is faulty and not due to user error.
   You are welcome to e-mail us for technical advice. Please see 'Contact' section.

 • Should your product develop a fault after 6 months from purchase, you should then return the 
   goods to us at your own cost. We will then repair the item or provide a replacement. We will over 
   return delivery costs.

Warranties do not apply to any damage or faults caused by user error or neglect.
Any item returned for warranty repair must be complete with the original sales invoice. No item 
will be accepted for repair or refund/replacement without meeting these conditions. 
In addition, the guarantee will be void if the serial number on the product has been altered, or if the 
goods have been tampered/modified/damaged in anyway.
